Ambleside is a popular lakeland town situated at the Northern tip of Lake Windermere.

Getting Here

We're approximately 30 minutes drive from junction 36 of the M6.

The nearest train station is Windermere.

Stagecoach Bus services 555 and 599 also pass through Ambleside to Keswick and Grasmere to the north, and Kendal and Lancaster in the south.

Park and sail options are offered by Windermere Lake Cruises from the southern end of Lake Windermere.

Parking

We have no on-site parking however there is limited free on-street parking outside both Zeffirellis and Fellinis. A parking disc scheme is in operation throughout Ambleside, with discs available free from most retailers in the town.

Ambleside also has several pay and display car parks a short walk away.
